Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Tapas Ritual app and website. By using the app you agree to them. If you download the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Health and safety
Tapas Ritual offers general stretching, yoga, breathing and meditation guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a doctor or physiotherapist.
- Talk to a doctor before starting if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, or have a heart, blood-pressure, joint, back or other health condition.
- Move within a comfortable range. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort.
- Practice in a safe space, and do not do breathing exercises while driving or in water.
You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own wellbeing while practicing.
2. Your account
You can use the app as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account information.
3. Premium subscriptions
- Some content requires a Premium subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Tapas Ritual account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If you live in the EU, UK or Türkiye, your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- Use “Restore purchases” in the app to recover a subscription on a new device.
4. Acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with its operation.
5. Content and ownership
The app's programs, illustrations, text and design belong to Tapas Ritual or its licensors. Your journal entries remain yours; we store them only to show them back to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and improving, which means features and content may change over time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. If we ever stop offering the app, we will give reasonable notice where possible.
7. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury resulting from not following the safety guidance above. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts or consumer arbitration bodies.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. For significant changes we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Kullanım Şartları
Bu şartlar Tapas Ritual uygulamasını ve web sitesini kullanımın için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiysen Apple'ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir.
1. Sağlık ve güvenlik
Tapas Ritual genel esneme, yoga, nefes ve meditasyon rehberliği sunar. Tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis ya da tedavi değildir; doktorun ya da fizyoterapistin yerini tutmaz.
- Hamileysen, sakatlığın varsa, ameliyat sonrası iyileşme sürecindeysen ya da kalp, tansiyon, eklem, bel veya başka bir sağlık sorunun varsa başlamadan önce doktoruna danış.
- Rahat olduğun hareket aralığında kal. Ağrı, baş dönmesi, nefes darlığı ya da rahatsızlık hissedersen hemen dur.
- Güvenli bir alanda pratik yap; nefes egzersizlerini araç kullanırken ya da suyun içindeyken yapma.
Pratiklere kendi sorumluluğunla katılırsın ve pratik sırasında kendi sağlığından sen sorumlusun.
2. Hesabın
Uygulamayı misafir olarak kullanabilir ya da hesap oluşturabilirsin. Giriş bilgilerini güvende tutmaktan ve hesabındaki işlemlerden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını istediğin zaman Profil → Hesap bilgileri bölümünden silebilirsin.
3. Premium abonelikler
- Bazı içerikler Premium abonelik gerektirir. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada, yerel para biriminle gösterilir.
- Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında Apple Kimliğinden ya da Google Play hesabından alınır.
- Abonelikler otomatik olarak yenilenir; mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen aynı fiyat ve sürede yenilenir.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulduysa, bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen deneme sonunda ücretlendirilirsin. Abonelik satın aldığında denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı sona erer.
- Aboneliğini App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. Uygulamayı ya da Tapas Ritual hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- İadeler Apple veya Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yapılır. 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun başta olmak üzere yasal tüketici hakların saklıdır.
- Yeni bir cihazda aboneliğini geri almak için uygulamadaki “Satın alımları geri yükle” seçeneğini kullan.
4. Kullanım kuralları
Sana uygulamayı kendi kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımın için devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Lütfen uygulamayı veya içeriğini kopyalama, satma ya da dağıtma; başka kullanıcıların verilerine erişmeye çalışma; uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözme veya çalışmasını engelleme.
5. İçerik ve mülkiyet
Uygulamadaki programlar, çizimler, metinler ve tasarım Tapas Ritual'a ya da lisans verenlerine aittir. Günlük kayıtların sana aittir; bunları yalnızca sana geri göstermek için, Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatıldığı şekilde saklarız.
6. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Uygulamayı erişilebilir tutmak ve geliştirmek için çalışıyoruz; bu yüzden özellikler ve içerik zamanla değişebilir. Hizmeti kötüye kullanan hesapları askıya alabiliriz. Uygulamayı sunmayı bırakırsak mümkün olduğunca makul bir süre önceden haber veririz.
7. Sorumluluk
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde; dolaylı zararlardan ya da yukarıdaki güvenlik önerilerine uyulmaması sonucu oluşan yaralanmalardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar da dahil olmak üzere kanunen sınırlanamayan sorumlulukları sınırlamaz.
8. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak, yaşadığın yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkın saklıdır.
9. Şartlardaki değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; yukarıdaki tarih en güncel sürümü gösterir. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde bildiririz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, güncel şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
