Privacy Policy
Tapas Ritual ("the app", "we", "us") is a stretching, yoga and meditation app. This policy explains what information the app handles, why, where it is stored, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain.
In short: we collect only what the app needs to work. There are no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and we never sell your data. You can use the app as a guest without an account, and you can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time.
1. Who is responsible
Tapas Ritual is developed and operated by an independent developer, who is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@tapasritual.app.
2. What we collect
If you use the app as a guest
Everything stays on your device: your onboarding answers, your practice history, your journal and your settings. None of it is sent to us.

Subscriptions
Payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your card or payment details. To know whether you have Premium, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives your purchase receipts, subscription status and an anonymous app user ID (linked to your account ID if you are signed in).
Notifications
Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not collect a push-notification token, and you can turn reminders off in the app or in your phone's settings.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, health-app data, advertising identifiers or device fingerprints, and we do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
3. Where your data is stored and who processes it
We use a small number of service providers that process data only on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Supabase — account sign-in and the cloud copy of your practice history and journal.
- RevenueCat — subscription status and purchase validation.
- Apple and Google — sign-in (if you choose it) and payment processing, under their own privacy policies.
- Cloudflare — hosting of this website.
These providers may store data on servers outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.
4. Legal basis
We process account, practice and journal data because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract). Journal entries can describe how you feel; we treat them as sensitive, use them only to show them back to you, and process them on the basis of your explicit choice to write and save them. You can delete any entry or your whole account at any time.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your account, onboarding answers, practice history and journal are deleted from our database immediately; residual copies in our providers' encrypted backups are removed on their normal backup cycle. Purchase records may be kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat where they are legally required to, for example for tax and accounting.
6. Your rights and choices
- Delete your account: in the app go to Profile → Account information → Delete my account. This removes your account and its synced data.
- Access, correct or export: email us and we will help within 30 days.
- Use the app without an account: choose “Continue as guest”.
- Turn off reminders: Profile → Notifications.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), including the right to object, to restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Contact us to exercise any of them.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). In our database each account can only read and write its own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
8. Children
Tapas Ritual is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will let you know in the app.

Gizlilik Politikası
Tapas Ritual (“uygulama”, “biz”) bir esneme, yoga ve meditasyon uygulamasıdır. Bu metin; uygulamanın hangi bilgileri neden işlediğini, nerede sakladığını ve senin hangi seçeneklere sahip olduğunu açıklar. Bu metin aynı zamanda 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamındaki aydınlatma metnidir.
Kısaca: sadece uygulamanın çalışması için gereken bilgileri topluyoruz. Reklam, analitik ya da takip aracı yok; verilerini asla satmıyoruz. Uygulamayı hesap açmadan misafir olarak kullanabilir, hesabını ve verilerini istediğin zaman uygulamanın içinden silebilirsin.

2. Hangi bilgileri topluyoruz
Misafir olarak kullanıyorsan
Her şey cihazında kalır: onboarding cevapların, pratik geçmişin, günlüğün ve ayarların. Hiçbiri bize gönderilmez.

Abonelikler
Ödemeler tamamen Apple (App Store) veya Google (Google Play) tarafından alınır; kart ya da ödeme bilgilerini asla görmeyiz. Premium üyeliğin olup olmadığını anlamak için uygulama RevenueCat'i kullanır; RevenueCat satın alma makbuzlarını, abonelik durumunu ve anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliğini (giriş yaptıysan hesap kimliğinle eşleştirilmiş olarak) alır.
Bildirimler
Günlük hatırlatmalar cihazında yerel olarak kurulur. Push bildirim anahtarı (token) toplamıyoruz; hatırlatmaları uygulamadan ya da telefonunun ayarlarından kapatabilirsin.
Toplamadıklarımız
Konumunu, rehberini, fotoğraflarını, sağlık uygulaması verilerini, reklam kimliğini ya da cihaz parmak izini toplamıyoruz; üçüncü taraf analitik, reklam veya takip araçları kullanmıyoruz.
3. Verilerin nerede saklandığı ve aktarıldığı taraflar
Verileri yalnızca bizim adımıza ve kendi güvenlik/gizlilik taahhütleri çerçevesinde işleyen az sayıda hizmet sağlayıcı kullanıyoruz:
- Supabase — hesap girişi ve pratik geçmişi ile günlüğünün buluttaki kopyası.
- RevenueCat — abonelik durumu ve satın alma doğrulaması.
- Apple ve Google — (seçersen) giriş ve ödeme işlemleri; kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
- Cloudflare — bu web sitesinin barındırılması.
Bu sağlayıcılar verileri Türkiye dışında, Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dahil olmak üzere yurt dışındaki sunucularda saklayabilir. Bu aktarım, hizmetin sunulabilmesi için gereklidir ve KVKK m. 9 kapsamında açık rızana ya da kanunda öngörülen diğer güvencelere dayanır; hesap oluşturarak bu aktarımı kabul etmiş olursun. Misafir olarak kullanırsan yurt dışına veri aktarılmaz.
4. Hukuki sebep
Hesap, pratik ve günlük verilerini, istediğin hizmeti sunabilmek için (sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, KVKK m. 5/2-c) işliyoruz. Günlük kayıtları nasıl hissettiğini anlatabildiği için bunları hassas kabul ediyor, yalnızca sana geri göstermek için kullanıyor ve bunları yazıp kaydetme yönündeki açık tercihine dayanarak işliyoruz. Herhangi bir kaydı ya da hesabının tamamını istediğin zaman silebilirsin.
5. Saklama süresi
Verilerini hesabın var olduğu sürece saklarız. Hesabını sildiğinde hesabın, onboarding cevapların, pratik geçmişin ve günlüğün veritabanımızdan hemen silinir; sağlayıcılarımızın şifreli yedeklerinde kalan kopyalar olağan yedek döngüsü içinde kaldırılır. Satın alma kayıtları, vergi ve muhasebe gibi yasal yükümlülükler gereği Apple, Google ve RevenueCat tarafından saklanabilir.
6. Hakların ve seçeneklerin
- Hesabını silmek: uygulamada Profil → Hesap bilgileri → Hesabımı sil. Bu işlem hesabını ve eşitlenmiş verilerini kaldırır.
- Verilerine erişmek, düzeltmek veya bir kopyasını almak: bize e-posta gönder; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.
- Hesapsız kullanmak: “Misafir olarak devam et”i seç.
- Hatırlatmaları kapatmak: Profil → Bildirimler.
KVKK m. 11 uyarınca; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı tarafları bilme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zarara uğraman hâlinde giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsin. Başvurularını hello@tapasritual.app adresine iletebilirsin; ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunma hakkın saklıdır. Avrupa Birliği veya Birleşik Krallık'ta yaşıyorsan GDPR kapsamındaki haklara da sahipsin.
7. Güvenlik
Veriler şifreli bağlantılar (HTTPS) üzerinden gönderilir. Veritabanımızda her hesap yalnızca kendi kayıtlarını okuyup yazabilir. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir, ancak bilgilerini korumak için makul önlemleri alıyoruz.
8. Çocuklar
Tapas Ritual 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara (ya da ülkendeki asgari yaşın altındakilere) yönelik değildir ve onlara ait verileri bilerek toplamayız. Bir çocuğun hesap oluşturduğunu düşünüyorsan bize yaz; hesabı sileriz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı değiştirirsek yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde de bildiririz.
